Zvook manifesto

We respect all fellow team members, clients, partners and other stakeholders of Zvook regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or other aspects of what we look like, where we come from and who we are.

We do not accept any kind of disrespectful behaviour or activities by our team members, clients, partners or other stakeholders on or off work. Zvook is meant to be a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved in day-to-day work or in doing business with us.

Disrespectful behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.
  • Deliberate intimidation.
  • Sustained disruption of business or the work of team members, clients, partners or other stakeholders
  • Inappropriate physical contact.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.

Team members, clients, partners and other stakeholders violating these rules will be subject to a warning and may face the termination of all their agreements with Zvook at the discretion of the Management.
